I love this diptych. The left is from the center where fish are shipped and processed. The red snapper and blue gloves photographed so well with a high flash. The right was one of the last photos that Sam took as we were wrapping the shoot. There was a lot of bustle around us, and the angle captures the movement and feeling of the afternoon perfectly. I flew to Cincinnati the day after landing home from Mexico City, and met up with Chef Anthony Sitek and Haley Nutter-Sitek at their beautiful restaurant, Losanti Steakhouse. I had scouted the location via Google Maps and was aiming to photograph in front of this beautiful mural. Turns out, Haley's mom commissioned it.
